Delivery information
CHOOSY delivers orders across Bangladesh through third-party courier services.
Delivery Charges:
• Dhaka City: BDT 80
• Outside Dhaka City: BDT 150
Estimated Delivery Time:
• Dhaka City: approximately 2 days
• Outer Dhaka areas: approximately 3 days
• Outside Dhaka: approximately 4–5 days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, courier disruption, remote locations, or incomplete customer information. We will try to inform the customer if a significant delay occurs.
All orders are currently available through Cash on Delivery. Customers must provide a complete delivery address and an active mobile number. CHOOSY or its courier partner may contact the customer to confirm the order or delivery.
An order may be cancelled by contacting us before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
