Products:
We aim to display product descriptions, sizes, colours, images and prices accurately. A slight colour difference may occur because of lighting or screen settings. This does not excuse the delivery of a materially different product.
Orders:
Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted after its details and available stock are confirmed. CHOOSY may cancel an order if stock is unavailable, customer information cannot be verified, a clear pricing error occurs, or misuse is reasonably suspected. The customer will be informed where possible.
Price and Payment:
All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka. The product price and applicable delivery charge are shown before the order is submitted. The current payment method is Cash on Delivery. CHOOSY will not request a payment greater than the confirmed order total.
Delivery:
Customers must provide accurate contact and address information and remain available to receive the order. Estimated delivery times and charges are explained in our Delivery Policy.
Cancellation, Exchange and Refund:
Cancellation may be requested before dispatch. Exchanges and refunds are handled according to our Exchange & Return Policy and applicable Bangladesh law.
Acceptable Use:
You must not misuse the website, submit fraudulent orders, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual Property:
CHOOSY’s name, branding, website design, photographs, graphics and original content may not be copied or commercially reused without written permission.
Legal Rights:
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right that cannot legally be excluded under Bangladesh law. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
