The fully stretched waist is a maximum measurement, not a recommended body-waist size. Listed sizes do not indicate stock availability.

Exchanges & returns
Because CHOOSY sells innerwear, customer health and hygiene are important.
An exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order. To qualify for an exchange, the product must be unworn, unwashed, unused and free from stains, odour, or damage. All original tags and product packaging must remain intact.
Opened, worn, washed or tried-on innerwear cannot be exchanged for a size change or change of mind. This restriction does not affect a customer’s rights where the product received is incorrect, damaged or defective.
A wrong, damaged, or defective item should be reported within 24 hours of delivery. Clear photographs or an unboxing video may help us investigate the issue. After verification, CHOOSY will cover reasonable exchange delivery charges for an incorrect, damaged, or defective product.
For an eligible size exchange or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the applicable return and redelivery charges.
If a verified incorrect, damaged, or defective product cannot be replaced, we will arrange an appropriate refund through an agreed payment method within 10 days of approval. Original delivery charges are not refundable for a change-of-mind return.
